What are you doing to get better at home?
You can still build athleticism, functional strength and speed at home with minimal equipment.
So what should you be working on now:
* 3D Mobility - This is a great time to work on the things that are limiting most athletes and let's face not adequately addressed or if at all in most school programs. So use this time to get better.
* Functional Strength - Work on that usable strength vs. weight room strength, which is what matters most on the field and not some bogus weight room number. What can you do with it on the field?
* Speed & Movement Skills - Work on becoming a better mover and athlete with minimal space or take some time to get outdoors an improve your speed, agility quickness, coordination and overall athleticism. There is not excuse right now to not be addressing these weaknesses.
Trust me you don't need a school weight room or fancy equipment to get DRASTICALLY BETTER EVERYDAY!!
