One of the biggest mistakes I see in female athletes at the middle and high school level, that is having a huge impact on their performance, injury risk and athletic career is NO FORMAL ASSESSMENT PROCESS!


Because of this, female athletes are often just being placed on generic programs. Often at the middle school and high school levels this means all athletes are doing the same thing no matter the sport - Now does that make any SENSE??
