Talking Ankle Sprains and Braces Part 3

In part 3 of this mini-video series regarding ankle sprains and braces, I get into some strength training ideas.

I focus on two to go after 2 common weakness we see:

1. Weak Ankle Complex - Here I demonstrated an ankle stiffness drill that is great to help with force production into the ground and stability of the foot/ankle complex.

2. Weak Hip Complex - Here I demonstrate a lateral reaching lunge to go after the lateral shuffle deceleration pattern, as well as going after the often weak hip complex.
