Free COVID-19 Resistance Band Training Program for Youth Athletes

A free 4-day program on how youth athletes can train with resistance bands in the comfort of their own home, to help them stay in shape and game ready during these trying times brought on by the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Program is delivered through my customized course platform with Videos for each day and supporting PDF materials.

  • Day 1:  Welcome, Intro To Bands and Training Philosophy, Band Set-up and Selection and Band Warm-up Protocol.

  • Day 2: Resistance Band Total Body Program - Strength Training Day 1
